Mauck & Company Office Equipment Since 1912

Our current copier had finally made it's last copy-we had the copier for 12 years, also from Mauck.
We called and asked for a rep to call back, and he actually dropped by our office the same day. We told him what we were interested in getting with a newer model, and our budget. We were able to purchase a refurbished model with many upgrades from our old copier, and were given a very reasonable price. From our initial phone call to the delivery of our new copier was only 4 days!
We were very pleased with the service we received in the purchase of our copier.

I don't know if I have enough space to write about how helpful and great John H and the crew over at Mauck & Company are. My business was in a big crunch, as a large portion of my business requires constant printing of legal documents and my primary printer was on the blitz. I filled out the online contact form explaining what I needed and John promptly contacted me. Had a thorough conversation to determine my needs and budget and had me up and running the next business day. They were so thorough and friendly. Everyone is so helpful and knowledgeable in helping me with our church copier. When supplies or maintenance is needed; they make sure they arrive in a timely manner so production never stops.
