Love meeting Marcella Ford. Office staff was super friendly. Follow up on portal was quick, but still waiting on my call back to check out. Would be five stars, except I went about an issue unrelated to my weight, and yet again I see noted in my chart that we talked about my weight and that i was given weight loss information - which I was not, and my problem wasn't related to my weight.

Dr. Jairath is an amazing doctor. He has excellent bedside manner, doesn’t rush visits and shows genuine interest in your needs. The office staff at the Kairos Rd location are all very pleasant and friendly from initial scheduling to arrival and checkout. This place does it right and all doctors should be more like Dr. Jairath.

Extremely polite and professional all around at each step of my visit. They also are very, very diligent in sanitizing constantly and protecting everyone from possible COVID exposure. Highly recommend this office and group!

Staff was helpful when I called. Make sure you book an appointment as soon as you can, they are very busy. The office is small but has never been crowded the three times I went there.

Dr. Lee was nice. I haven't had my follow up but you will most likely have to have lab testing before you can move forward.

They take Tricare. This was the office that my PCM at Ft. Lee referred me to.
