Good Day All!
I have to shout out to the team at Pivot Physical Therapy in Colonial Heights, VA. However, a very special thank you to my therapist Kristen Mills. She has really helped me regain use of my right arm, hands and neck. She skillfully stretches and manipulates those painful areas and pays close attention to my body's responses and resistances then works that body part until it releases and relief is felt. Kristen is thoughtful and caring and always offers support in suggesting things you can do at home once therapy is complete. She is indeed gifted!!!!!

When I got to Pivot she took time to get to know me and was familiar with my injuries and confidently worked to attack and remedy the issues. She is sensitive to all her patients I'm sure, but her techniques are perfectly suited to me and my injuries and conditions. I didn't think I would be able to move my arm over my head or my head to the far right without a migraine but voila...Kristen's magic hands have saved the day for me. I am so grateful for her. She has given me a big piece of my life back. I can swim again!!

Staff is outstanding. Everything is explained as they assess your requirement and the corrective plan. During the conduct of each session the staff monitor and guide you through the processes. Kudos for the great assistance.

Fantastic! Amazing! Attentive! Knowledgeable! Caring! And all of this was enjoyable because everyone worked together to take care of every patient. Jason was focused on my needs while insuring the other patients were getting everything they needed. It was fun to join in the conversation and laugh while working to improved my physical situation. I am going to miss the comradery! I surely would recommend the Colonial Heights branch of PIVOT to others in need. Thanks guys!
