“I would describe my interactions with Atlantic RV as a PIPE Dream. P-Prompt, I-Informative, P-Professional, E-Empathetic. A few weeks ago I had a crack/leak in a pipe behind the shower. I explained the issue to Craig (the owner, manager/general all around nice guy) and we agreed on a date for me to bring my unit in. They fixed the issue before the expected completion date and then made sure that I didn’t have any other issues with any other pipes. Based upon our interactions (phone, email and in-person) he wanted to get me back out on the road as soon as possible and with money left in my wallet.
