He is very knowledgeable, friendly, and has ample things on his plate at once but was still able to get me exactly what I needed. I let him know that if he ever needed a job to look me up. As far as these other people on here complaining about bad service because of no refunds. Its posted on the wall when you go to pick up, its explained to you ( by Teddy) over the phone before you get there, and its in the email that is sent to you before they pull the part! There is no way possible you didn't know about the no cash refund. Oh, and in case you didn't realize, it's a salvage yard! If you want the comfort of money back, pressure tested, brand new in box, and a one year warranty.... Go buy new! Duh. If you want great customer service, reasonable prices, 30 day warranty, and an exchange/store credit then stop by and see Teddy.”
