Averett University Flight Center

I went here as a part of the Pathways Flight Academy and had a great experience with a very knowledgeable instructor, Kip Nelson. He made sure to let us get a good feel for the very nice airplanes they had. He taught me and my partner so much while also making sure to not overload us early on. Towards the end he stepped back and allowed us to be more hands-on. This experience and him personally made this very memorable and inspired me to pursue aviation. I would highly recommend anyone interested in flying to apply for Pathways Flight Academy and Averett Aeronautics (and ask for Kip!)
