Great customer service from representative at my home...able to determine the issue with good advice...advised not spending the money on fixing the refrigerator just provided a few minor fixes and an option to thaw out COMPLETELY with doors open to get everything back in working order until I was ready to purchase a new one. Thanks guys for all your help!
