Dr. Hurtado is very professional, he takes the time to listen, he is very kind and make you feel comfortable. His staff is great and everyone is very respectful

I have been seeing Dr. Hurtardo for over 15 years. I have peripheral neuropathy there is not much that can be done for this except for medication and I will say dr. Hurtado has fought on my behalf with the insurance companies over and over again for my medication. He repeatedly asked you the same question because it's very important that your answers are complete for your records or that the insurance companies will not pay. the office manager and his wife have spent countless hours on the phone over and over again trying to get my pre-authorization for my pregabalin. When I first started going to Dr. Hurtado, I didn't care for him I thought that he was not concerned But the more I went to him the more I realize Step my first impression wasn't quite the right impression. now sometimes I think he spends too much time on my office visit taking detailed notes on how I'm doing. and he says to me if they want to know why I prescribe this or that for you, it's in the notes they can read it for themselves. I never give anyone 5 stars because we all have room for improvement
