Big shout out to Hardy Oil and Service Technician, Airlie. I thought I needed to replace my gas logs because they would not stay lit. Wendy suggested a cleaning service and booked me for service two days later. Arlie arrived earlier than the appointment. He called to be sure it was convenient. He takes so much pride in his work it was just awesome! He explained to me what he was doing, showed me the issues with dust in crevices, fully cleaned them and then swept before he left. He's also a dog person. He made sure to meet the dogs and make friends with them. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this company to anyone. Great, old-fashioned customer service!
