Donna Dalton is certainly a valuable asset to the office and is always very professional and helpful in handling my insurance business and is always on point. Always focused and very friendly and professional. It’s all about good people and good customer service and she exemplifies this.
(October 30, 2020, 8:45 pm)I have had insurance with Donna Dalton for over 30 years. Someone from Dan River Mills where I worked at the time referred me to Donna’s office. I have moved my insurance wherever she moved so I could keep the great customer service she has provided me. She is not only professional but cares about her customers. She does whatever she can to help. I will continue to keep all of my insurance with Donna.

(November 15, 2019, 2:27 pm)I have had insurance with Donna Dalton for 32 years, ever since I turned 16. She has always went above and beyond to help me through various accidents, new cars and writing homeowners policies. She is always professional and genuinely cares about her customers. The thing about her that is absolutely priceless is the sense of peace that you have that everything is taken care. She always remains calm and assures you that everything will be fine. I know several circumstances when she went way above her call of duty to help people when they needed someone regarding their insurance. It is hard to find people like her let alone business professionals. I would recommend Donna and her agency for any insurance needs. You will not find anyone that compares in this area!
(October 23, 2019, 10:07 pm)I have been with Nationwide for a long time. I have my vehicles as well as my home insured with Nationwide. Donna is one of the biggest reasons for this. She has always been kind , helpful and had my best interest in mind when I need her help. She is always ready to help me when I need it. She always has a smile when I visit her office and I consider her a good friend . Thanks for all you do Donna !!!
