This is the most honest dealership I’ve ever been too! No shady tactics and no hidden fees, showed all the numbers outright. I drove from Raleigh, NC because they called me about a car I had posted on Craigslist, it was well worth the drive! They got me into a new 2023 Honda Accord hybrid and I love it! Shoutout to Jenna and Tim, they were phenomenal!
I can not stress enough how amazing these people are!! It was absolutely the best car buying experience I have ever had!! My sales person Bryant was very professional, kind and courteous. When we took the test drive he talked to me like we had known each other forever. It was like riding around with a friend. From beginning to end he went out of his way to make sure I got exactly what I wanted and needed in a vehicle and that I was happy with everything before I left. I never felt pressured to buy anything. I did buy a 2013 Honda Ridgeline from them. It was serviced, new inspection sticker, nice and clean, had brand new tires, front end alignment and after they finished that I got to drive it out again with a very nice guy from the service department just to make sure everything was good and I was happy. And get this, they even filled it up with gas!!! Thanks Bryant and everyone at Steve Padgett's, you guys are awesome!!
This was by far my best experience ever buying a new car. The situation was entirely unexpected. My Honda 2010 broke down on a work trip near the town of Danville. The Service Dept was able to squeeze me in for a same day emergency appointment. While waiting for my car to be evaluated, I spoke to a salesman named Jake curious about what my car might be worth as a trade in. He asked all the right questions about my new car preferences. Next thing you know we are test driving a Honda Civic Sport I’m metallic steel. He nailed it! This car had everything I was looking for. Best of all Jake, together with Tim, the Business Manager, worked with me on a reasonable price and financing arrangement that was customized to fit my budget. There was none of the stereotypical smoke and mirrors you often see in car dealerships. I appreciated the efforts to provide me with an exceptional customer experience. Would highly recommend them for a new car! Last but not least a shout out to Ashten in the Service Dept. She came to my rescue when my car broke down on the road, got me in to see someone super fast and even waived my repair bill when she found out I had traded in the car for a new one while it was in the shop. She absolutely rocks! Even though this place is 2.5 hours away from my home I wouldn’t hesitate to go back there again in the future when the time comes. 10 out of 10 experience!
Hands down one of the best experiences we've ever had with a vehicle purchase. Our first contact was with Sales, and BJ was outstanding. Very flexible, knowledgeable, and professional, and he really went the extra mile with us. After we made the purchase decision, our experience in closing out the paperwork and financial documents was seamless and quick. EVERYONE at the dealership was terrific - from sales, to finance, to our final meeting with the delivery coordinator. We were treated like VIPs every step of the way. We could not be happier with the overall experience, and our great vehicle. The whole buying experience was excellent. The sales manager, Ric, treated me as if I have some good sense. Something that didn’t happen at another local dealer. He made me an above average offer for my trade in and worked with me on the price of the CR-V I wanted. He then turned me over to Jenna to complete the sale, and she was very helpful. The vehicle that I bough was on order and she called to keep me updated as to when it would arrive. It actually got here ahead of schedule. I was explained about all of the optional coverage, extended warranty, etc., but never pressured to buy anything. Everyone was extremely patient with me, answered all of my questions, and made spending a lot of money a pleasant experience. I’ve gotten two follow up calls to be sure things are still good and to answer any questions that I might have.
The Honda dealership is clean and modern and a pleasure to go to to have your car serviced. I know that because this is the fifth vehicle we have bought from Padgett Honda, and I never try to get out of taking a car in for service when the time comes.
