Blackwell Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram Fiat Kia

I take my Kia Soul in for all regular maintenance. The service department is awesome. I get text message updates on my vehicle while I wait in a spacious, clean waiting area. And I always get back my car with my seat in the same position I left it. With a much cleaner windshield. I get information about service I will need soon so I am prepared. Great place to go for a new car and/or for service on your existing vehicle.

Car dealerships and sales people right...most of us hate talking with sales people because we do not want to be "sold" on anything! We look to buy not to be manipulated into the sale or the process of the sale am I right? I'm gonna tell you that I am NOT compensated for this review in any way, shape, or form and that this review is a legitimate review on a car dealership. Blackwell has a good potential car buyers team, and not a sales team! First of all I was greeted by a gentleman Steve Sulter at Blackwell and I am very aware of sales tactics but he is a genuine person first and a business person second which matters to me! He handed me off to a team member Dean Webb for the car buying experience such as the vehicle walk through, talking points of the vehicle, and test drive. I found both of these gentlemen to be very professional at their position and well equipped to answer questions and concerns from a buyers perspective. Car buying is simple if you already know which vehicle you want when you go onto a car lot like i was looking for, but if you don't know then I think these 2 gentlemen are great resources to help with your purchase experience. Let's face it, everyone on a car lot are not buyers there are some just window shopping, but I feel either way these 2 gentlemen would be happy to discuss your car buying needs or just general questions about the process or product's offered! Honestly Steve is like a brother n law you watch the game with on the weekends! I couldn't be giving a true honest review if I didn't mention that there were a couple of gentlemen sitting at the front desk that seemed like they may would look down on the working man if you didn't fit a certain stature or social class and I do feel that if one of those gentlemen seated at the front desk would have been my sales contact, I would not have purchased from Blackwell's! I guess that's why they are not the face of the sales team, and thank goodness because I feel if it were not for Steve Sulter, there may have been a good chance that I would have told them I was "just looking"! See Steve at Blackwell so your taste for buying doesn't sour by talking with the front desk team as they were not very cordial upon me and my wife entering the dealership but Steve did rescue the day and save the deal for Blackwell! I didn't have to buy from Blackwell of course and I really didn't on a personal level I bought from Steve and Dean! Thanks guys!

I have a '99 Toyota Camry and they did a great job with my vehicle. The staff is friendly and honest. They communicated with me throughout the repair process. They provided excellent professional service. They are very knowledgeable and easy to work with. All work was performed in a timely manner. I highly recommend them to anyone that needs their car serviced.
