He made me an above average offer for my trade in and worked with me on the price of the CR-V I wanted. He then turned me over to Jenna to complete the sale, and she was very helpful. The vehicle that I bough was on order and she called to keep me updated as to when it would arrive. It actually got here ahead of schedule. I was explained about all of the optional coverage, extended warranty, etc., but never pressured to buy anything. Everyone was extremely patient with me, answered all of my questions, and made spending a lot of money a pleasant experience. I’ve gotten two follow up calls to be sure things are still good and to answer any questions that I might have. The Honda dealership is clean and modern and a pleasure to go to to have your car serviced. I know that because this is the fifth vehicle we have bought from Padgett Honda, and I never try to get out of taking a car in for service when the time comes.”
