After getting my first serious traffic violation; I searched for a lawyer. Mr. Chappell was the only one who responded to me almost immediately. No nonsense. He is straight forward and gets the job done at a reasonable cost. I have had many real estate transactions over the years. Too often I find the attorneys I deal with forget that $50 or $100 for this or that in a closing is actual money paid by someone. I respect John Chappell's efforts to treat me how he would want to be treated and not pad the bill with a lot of fluff. It is nice to leave a transaction feeling that your attorney really looked out for you and not just his billable hours.
