“I'd give ten stars, if I could. I was on my way from Greensboro NC to the DC area for work on a Thursday. My battery light came on. Then all dash lights came on and my 4Runner began to lose power. I pulled off I-85 and pulled into a gas station just as the vehicle died. Called Dewitt Tire and spoke to the owner. He personally came with his flatbed truck and got me within 20 minutes. He had already called and ordered me an alternator before he left, so the part was there when we arrived at his shop. He personally spent lots of time testing both my alternator and battery to make sure he wasn't replacing something that didn't need replacing. Within two hours I was back on the road with a new alternator and a new Interstate Battery. The price, including towing, was about what I would have expected for just an alternator replacement anywhere else. Service and price were as good as gold. Honest, fair, fast.”

“We stopped here on our way to NYC. Right off the interstate conveniently located. I had a double cheeseburger with bacon. It was one of a kind. Made fresh. My husband had tried chicken bacon hoagie which he said was the best he ever had. Good service, good food, reasonable prices. Deserves 🌟 🌟🌟🌟🌟”

“This place has cheaper gas than anyplace I’ve seen from the VA/NC line to the I-95 corridor! But that wasn’t what impressed me. I was looking for gas, primarily, but I thought I’d grab a bite to eat while I was there. After all, they had a little grill. Instead of ordering like everyone else, because I’m not really normal, I asked the lady working there what she would recommend. She recommended the cheesesteak. I said, “Then make me one like you would eat.” Brother, did she! What a terrific sandwich! The meat was cooked to perfection. The jalapeños were an unexpected contribution to the sandwich, but they way she added them was on point! Thank you all SO much for making me a terrific sandwich. I’ll see if I can stop back by there on my way home for another. :)”

“Brown Brothers roofing just finished up a big two week job subcontracted to redo the roof on our 1900 farm house in Surry. The guys that came out were great to have on site. Always Professional and considerate. Despite the size and length of time of the project they were careful to clean up everything at the end of each day and not leave a lot of loose debris. They all even took time out to entertain our 3 year old who loved saying hi and talking to them when they were out here. 10/10 would recommend and use them in the future.”
