(May 18, 2021, 10:18 pm)A truly great airport! Friendly staff and fellow pilots. Couldn't ask for a better place to fly in central Virginia. Spend any amount of time on a nice day and you'll get to see everything from classic war birds, aerobatic biplanes, to luxury jets. I wouldn't want to call anywhere else my local LZ!
(January 26, 2020, 5:23 pm)Flew in today to pick up a pair of Shar Pei rescue puppies for a Pilots and Paws flight. Friendly staff and very nice facilities while we were waiting for the pups to arrive. Definitely recommend.
(January 14, 2020, 10:16 pm)Nice airport. Dropped a Lab off here for a Pilot n Paws rescue mission and they didn't have a car for me to go grab a sandwich, so one of the FBO guys gave me his keys! Put a couple gallons of gas in for him. Will be back!
(June 24, 2017, 8:46 am)Incredibly friendly staff. Very accommodating. I fly there every weekend to get fuel (reasonably priced) and drink coffee. Would recommend to anyone flying through.
