(March 27, 2019, 6:50 pm)So I went in there today to get gas and breakfast and as I was paying for the food my card was declined. They tried several times for me because I know I had money in my account. Called the bank and they put a block on it for fraud but didn’t tell me. I didn’t know what to do since my tank was on E. The manager said I could come back to pay it so I could take my kids to school and go to the bank. Had they not done that for me I’m not sure what I would have done. Someone did steal over $3000 out of the bank. Thank you Shell staff for trusting me to come back in pay my bill.
