This review is long overdue, but I felt it was important to still let others know. From the moment I met Eric, I knew I was in good hands. His friendly personality put my stress at ease. First time home buyer here so I had plenty of questions and fears about purchasing a home, especially since I bought when the market did not have much supply. He answered all my questions, was patient with me, and reassured me that everything would work out. I really appreciated his kindness and expertise. He also accomodated my work schedule and stayed late with me knowing that I'm not a morning person. He is the only person I will seek when making my next move. :) Eric is simply the best!
