“It all started with leaky sunroof that noone else wanted to mess with so I visited Collision One in Tappahannock. Mike the estimator greeted me and went over everything to a tee for me to grasp and understand. Since my car was going to be there a while I decided to fix a dent in the trunk that had been bothering me and upgrade my wheels. Mike was very patient with me while I made my selection. About a week went by and I called all excited ready to see my car. Mike explained that it was just about ready, that they had noticed a couple extra things wrong that could be taken care of while the car was disassembled and went ahead and fixed those too...
