I sat in my chair waiting for almost 5 minutes before my number was called (there were 5+ people working), and my interactions with Ms.Gaines took about 15 minutes (including new photo and id being made). That's the fastest and kindest service that I've EVER received at a DMV before! It did get busier closer to noon with a longer line, but I was there around 1030 or so with relatively no lines.”
