(November 25, 2017, 10:09 pm)I didn't have the best experience at this particular Meineke. I've used them in the past, and I have always appreciated how streamlined the business is, and how well managed the staff is trained. However, after an accident I took my car in to be repaired. During the repair process, they left my car in an open area, outside, for a couple days before calling me, letting me know it was ready. When I inspect the car, and start driving it, I hear a rattling under the hood. I immediately took it back to the auto shop. Come to find out that a lot of leaves and debris, and other junk was under the hood, due to an animal nesting inside. It also chewed through some wiring. The staff took responsibility for it and they cleaned and fixed the damaged area. But they didn't take the best care of storing it or calling me with updates and when it was ready. All and all, I'd probably try another location before coming back here.
