Nice park for walking your dog. Some kids play sets for toddlers mainly. There is a bball court that's usable and in the shade but alot of leaves in the fall.
Very pretty and natural. I don't recommend women going alone into the woods. Fairfax has a lot of transient people who are addicts in this area. Sometimes they beg up by rout 50 and have to sleep in this park- just like any other. I advise bringing your dog or a friend. I'm not aware of any attacks but there are places in the wooded area that are a bit isolated.
Fun for an easy stroll and offers a small, quiet children's play area. Has a trail ending in the parking lot of Moby Dicks. Connects to a neighborhood and a large sports field (with a bigger kid's play area). Very peaceful
Quiet little park in Northfax. Playground, fitness trail, Accotink Creek flows through it. Nice cool spot for a summer picnic.
Cute park with relatively new playground equipment, though not as great for toddlers. Basketball court could use some work. Very shady with a creek nearby that makes this small park relaxing though.
