What a great resource BrightStar Care of Centerville is. Their responsiveness and expertise in serving the dementia community is such a relief! They are particularly helpful when your loved one is transitioning into a memory care community. Thanks!
Brightstar is an amazing company. The staff and caregivers are very professional and always very helpful. Tony goes above and beyond as well. I enjoy meeting with him and seeing his true passion for helping others. I refer Brightstar to many people because they are great at what they do!
Marge is an exceptional nurse that cares so much about patient care. She goes above her job by connecting with the patient and family. I feel very comfortable contacting her outside her normal times and she would not hesitate to help in any way possible. The first nurse i had messed up my medicine and dose, and Marge went overboard to talk with my doctors to make sure i was receiving the appropriate make up dose and future doses. Marge is the main reason i still rely on bright star.
As a staffing coordinator of a senior community, I have worked with several different agency in the area this last year. Brightstar is by far one of the best and continues to be. Management is great at communication. Their staff is always so kind and knowledgeable and eager to help where ever they can.
We used BrightStar to help care for our 91 year old mother in her apartment after an illness. They did such a nice job that we retained them for several hours a day to help Mom with showering, getting dressed and generally doing whatever it took to enable her to get through the rest of the day on her own.
We had looked at several similar services in the area and selected BrightStar after a recommendation from a health care professional. We were pleased with our choice and Mom made friends with several of the caregivers that were "regulars" for her.
