(July 4, 2021, 9:40 am)I applied for a new-car auto loan through the NFCU website and I went into this branch to retrieve my loan instrument/funding. Coree, an employee of the branch, carefully walked me through very specific steps to properly present the instrument to the dealer. Her attention to detail saved me time and prevented future frustration. I was so impressed by Coree's service that I did not even consider using the dealers funding offer.
