(January 18, 2023, 7:48 pm)I purchased 2 new pairs of New Balance shoes last month and just found out my actual shoe size was different than I thought. I went back and exchanged them both for the correct size even without the receipt or original boxes, and they were GREAT!!
I will continue to do business with them based on their employees and policies. BEST EXPERIENCE so far this year!! -
