From start to finish I had a great experience. Everyone was courteous and had great customer service. Kevin was in communication with me the whole time with updates about my vehicle. The repair itself was great, my car looks brand new again. Repair timeframe was good, took about three weeks to complete. Overall I was very pleased.

My car was sent to this location by a insurance company. Bob at the Body Shop handled my case. He was nice, called to give updates. The receptionist was friendly and greeted me as i entered. When the car was returned it had been cleaned. I did need to return to have a repaired piece reattached. Bob took the car right back and I was on my way in 5 minutes.

Excellent job on the repair work. The repair team, from the front desk customer service to the paint shop we’re professional, patient and straightforward about what to expect. I can respect that. I wanted it fixed, but fixed right and they met my expectations. I was made aware of any delays and why and I was cool with it. Which the Pandemic and all, this team did their best. Great Shop…
