(August 17, 2019, 9:57 am)The entire staff is completely polite at least in the Alexandria location. He is a doctor that actually listens to your needs and issues, he also gets a lot of background information so he can diagnose correctly. He is not a doctor who will rush things with his patients appointments. Bernard and his staff are quite thoughtful and empathetic. At times he can be late coming to your room because he takes his time with some patients but Bernard is worth the wait! I been to many neurologists, and almost all of them have rushed the appointments, have misdiagnosed me, and given me meds that have given me a worse reaction. Bernard was able to diagnose correctly and give the correct meds. Had my doubts about this place, but I like the environment very much so.
