I can’t express how amazing it was to work with Jean Kim when selling our townhome. This was the first time for us and we had no clue what we were doing. Jean was very clear in how to stage the home, had a photographer come and take beautiful photos and communicated with us in depth about listing at a competitive price. It’s a hot market right now and she helped us make our home attractive for buyers! The first 24 hours after listing was a whirlwind and she kept us updated about all the appointments and offers being made and guided us to make the best decision!
