Love this church!! Very welcoming, friendly folks here, my spouse and I just joined a few weeks ago.

Not a place for narrow-minded fundamentalists. This church embodies Jesus's ministry by following the example he himself set: They welcome everyone. They love everyone. And just as Jesus turned no one away from his table, RBC bars no one from their pews and opens their doors to all who are seeking God's love. God bless RBC.

Ravensworth Baptist has been my home church for over twenty-five years and I raised my children in this church. I am so grateful for the love and acceptance of the members here. We study the Bible in all of the many translations, and welcome open discussion of different points of view. We are an active and vibrant congregation of "doers" not just listeners. (See the first chapter of James). I encourage anyone, please come visit and hear for yourself. Ask questions! No one is turned away.

The best way to describe Ravensworth Baptist Church is by John 15:12, "God to All people is central to our Worship, study and service. Love one another as I have loved you." We are all inclusive.

Ravensworth Baptist Church is hands down the best inclusive, progressive church I have ever attended. I love that my two year old is in loving, vetted care and joins us in the sanctuary during a short children's time. This reminds me of the small town church I used to attend as a child, where everyone knew your name and you are a part of a community (not just another tithe). The services are very traditional, but the messages are not. Pastor Steve Hyde does not shy away from discussing current issues through a lens of justice and love, rather than fear or hate which I have unfortunately seen all to often in other churches. I would encourage anyone looking for an inclusive, welcoming church to stop in some Sunday at 11am and see what makes this church so special.
