Dr. Huebner is the BEST! She truly cares about her patients and has an amazing memory regarding their visual health throughout the years. The front office personnel are extremely friendly, as are the visual technicians.

Dr Tim is the best: so knowledgeable, so personable. He makes you feel like you are his one and only patient. After he reviews all your test results, he shares the findings with you and addresses your concerns. He performs a thorough hands-on exam. When most professionals would consider the appointment over at this time, he asks if I have any other questions before I leave. He gets top grades from me.

Super friendly and engaging staff. No waiting. I moved through the entire check-in, exam, and glasses selection process without having to wait more than 90 seconds for anything. All without feeling rushed. There is evidence of recent renovations to the facility and newly hired personnel who have a great customer focus. My time with the doctor was not rushed, he provided a great deal of info, and answered all my questions easily and with a friendly demeanor.

The newly expanded office provides plenty of space for all the different aspects of an eye check up. I was ushered into a room for several tests using advanced equipment. The young woman who did them was both knowledgeable and friendly. As soon as all of the preliminary checks were completed, I was ushered into an exam room and the DR appeared! She was both friendly and knowledgeable and shared the physical tests with me while explaining them .
