Yes, I'm one of those people who call late Friday afternoon, needing a delivery the next day, and Chantilly Flowers really came through with a WOW factor! A nice arrangement of flowers and a box of chocolate were delivered as promised the next day. However, the wow was the great service I received! First, they didn't shame me at all for calling late on a Friday and expecting a delivery the next day. They gladly helped me coordinate an arrangement, then they sent me a follow-up confirmation by text to ensure that the particulars were correct. I also received a follow-up text the next day (Saturday delivery) with a confirmation that the order was delivered and verified to the recipient's address. So thank you, Chantilly Flowers, to Michelle (who took my order) and Sylvia who ensured delivery!

I placed an order online and received a text from Teresa the next day to confirm that my order was received. She reassured me that they are familiar with the location that the flowers will be delivered to. I really appreciate the attention to detail and personal touch. I can't rave enough about my experience with Chantilly Flowers. I really appreciated the text updates and photos of delivery and my flowers since I am not local and I am sending flowers to a friend who lives nearby. The florist offered to change things if I did not like the way the arrangement looked, but it was perfect and it meant a lot.

I was in the area and wanted to surprise my girlfriend with flowers. Maps told me this was the nearest shop. There were lovely plants decorating the entrance. I stepped in and saw some stunning arrangements. The flowers were perfectly bloomed and very healthy and strong looking. They looked as though they will last a long time. I asked the owner if he could put together an arrangement for me. They began working on it right away. He was thankful for the walk in business, and very helpful and polite. I waited a few minutes and returned asking if he could deliver them. He set everything up, and even recommended a very nice coffee and pastry shop, and a good place for wings and beer. He was kind enough to write down these places for me. So polite, friendly and helpful. I headed home. By the time i arrived home, about a ten minute drive, my girlfriend messaged me thanking me for the beautiful arrangement. Shortly after the shop text me informing that they had been delivered. They were so kind and appreciative of business that they included a box of truffles. Im so happy i found this place with such outstanding business. I will definitely come here every time i want to make my girls day much more special. She keeps the flowers at her workplace to enjoy while she is there. It has been nearly week and everything still looks healthy and strong. From the pictures she sent they did an amazing job. She said it was such a big and beautiful bouquet. Thank you all so very much again. You will have me as a customer from now on.
***Im editing this post a week after the delivery. Wow! She sent a picture from her work today. The flowers blossomed so big and beautiful! She only kept them watered and they are so healthy and brighter and fuller than i could have imagined! I was at first very impressed, but now im speechless. Alex and Sylvia, I cannot thank you enough! I hoped to brighten her day at work, but you have made sure everyday from start to finish in her office she looks over and cant help but smile and feel special. From the looks of things, there are still more to bloom. Ive never seen such healthy and stunning flowers that last and last well beyond what i had expected. Definitely a customer from now on, Im so impressed. Thank you so so much. Chantilly Flowers has such a positive impact on my relationship.
