Kush was responsive and really cared about his clients on our transaction. I was the Listing Agent and It’s not everyday you see an agent care about his clients as much as this one.

This sale was also difficult as it was a Short Sale and it had many parts, much more than a standard sale. He kept up with it, stayed in communication with the team, and got his buyers to settlement.

He also had no complaints. If there was something to be done, he just did it so we could continue in the flow of the contract.
