(February 15, 2018, 9:03 am)Love this place!! Such a great workout and the instructors do an awesome job in changing up the exercises each time so you’re not doing the same routine. Impossible to get bored. They show modifications for those wanting more challenge (or less). I also love the schedule options — makes it easy to find time.

(January 22, 2018, 10:18 am)RTR has great pilates classes for all levels. The instructors are very knowlegable, patient, and helpful. The classes are fun and a great workout. I feel so much stronger and more flexible since starting here- I can feel muscles I didn't even know I had!
