The baseball field is a little unkempt, but the grass is trash-free and fully grown in as well as not too long. The volleyball court is also set to the correct height and has lines already down! No more bringing your own lines (although the court is bigger than regulation). Lastly, the half basketball court hoop is taller than regulation by about 4-6 inches. Otherwise, park is in great shape.
