Excellent care from preop to post-op! I had bunion surgery 12 weeks ago. Immediate post op recovery only required tylenol and ibuprofen. I was on a knee scooter for 2 weeks then progressed to a walking boot for 4 weeks, 6 weeks of physical therapy where I followed all the "rules" and did all assigned exercises daily. I have not had any pain since BEFORE surgery and am back to my usual activities of yoga, walking 5 miles, light weights, and progressing to short runs without pain. I highly recommend the expert care of Dr. Hallivis and his caring staff.

I just finished a process of treatment from Dr. Hallivis for severe plantar fasciitis. I appreciated that he took a conservative approach, and we tried every possible remedy before I ended up deciding on surgery. Dr. Hallivis operated on me in November 2022 and he also shaved off a bone spur and moved a nerve while he was in there. Everything went perfectly and my recovery was right on schedule. I am now pain-free and completely recovered. It was a long journey and Dr. Hallivis was so pleasant and fun to work with. He is knowledgeable and explained everything clearly along the way.
