I live in Washington state and was looking to sell my house in the Greenbriar neighborhood. An old family friend recommended getting in touch with Joe. After he had a chance to take a look at the house, we decided to fix the place up before putting it on the market. Selling a house can be daunting. But Joe made it seamless from the beginning. Joe was available to answer questions throughout the process.
We put our house on the market at noon on a Thursday and all offers were due on Monday at noon. We loved not having an open house. An app alerted us to showings, 1/2 hour increments. We had about 60 showings and we got 14 offers.
Joe had a very detailed spread sheet with all the offers listed. He gave his opinion on which offers he thought were the most optimal.
Joe was here when the appraiser came and had a stack of comps so the house would appraise as high as possible.
Closing was seamless.
