This GameStop has the best customer service out of all the GameStops I've been to in NoVa. The phone is always answered promptly and if not, your call is returned. Brad and Justin are awesome and very enthusiastic about their job.

This GameStop was awesome. It always had the games and items my kids was looking for. They give you information on the latest drop bundles and times to stop by as well. Great service.

I had recently had a bad experience at another GameStop, but this store was completely opposite, they treated their customers with respect. The first employees name was Trent he was very kind to us and even called the manager for help while the other GameStop employee at the other store would just tell us that the manager didn’t have time to deal with us. Once his manager showed he was really cool and helped us get what we needed. He gave us a lot of options for what we could do and was all in all really helpful.

It's was busy when I went (6pm) and there was only one employee out front. The reason I'm rating so high is because the one employee was awesome. Brad was cheerful and helpful and even took the time to help a little kid with his questions and he made the wait bearable. GM you should give him a raise.

My local spot. Great little spot the people that work here are very nice and keep the place very clean. And the gas prices are always very good!
