Inova Neurodiagnostic and Sleep Assessment Center

I had a great experience here! I was able to schedule an appointment quickly for a period of time that fit well in my schedule, as I did both the overnight and daytime sleep studies. The staff were well-informed, polite, and made sure that I knew what to expect. They ordered a yummy Panera breakfast and lunch for me for the daytime sleep study. The Sleep Technicians who assisted me were awesome - they were extremely polite, helpful and assisted me through the entire process. I was glad to get this done as I had been putting it off for a while!

They resolved an order issue for me and called my insurance to help get me approved out of network, which is two steps more than any other sleep study center in the area would do. The diagnosis was detailed and informative.

All sleep centers are overbooked and busy, but if I had the right order I could have been seen right away, their waiting list isnt bad. Sam at the front desk is very good at her job and cares. They also take notes on the patients which is helpful. Only complaint is before my appt they hardly ever answered their phones.

Sleep tech also made the process easy.

Not a country club, but clean and comfy for sleep. Free coffee in the morning :)
