I got new tires installed with balancing. I also got wheel alignments, but my car would start to shake/vibrate around 65MPH and become very noticeable 70-80MPH. Braking didn't affect the shakes.
I told the Car Doctor this through their website form and made an appointment. Someone reached out to me to confirm the symptoms. They advised me to get my wheels balanced again, by a different shop. They were very confident that it would save me money and all of us time.
Well, I went and got the wheels balanced. MY CAR DOES NOT SHAKE ANYMORE!!! WOOOHOOO!!

When my daughter got stuck with a flat tire, she stopped at Car Doc Shop to have it fixed and they were very courteous and professional. She then recommended them to me when I mentioned I needed to have my car repaired so it would pass inspection. I spoke to Henry and I explained my concerns about the car and he was very polite and very patient with me. They use an app to communicate the diagnose of car issues and from the app you can see all the repairs needed and some suggested work to get your car running at it best conditions. After some interaction with Henry, he helped me pick the most important repairs so my car would pass inspection and to get the car running smoothly. Henry is Great! He explained everything in simple terms that I could understand. He even called several days later to see how the car was running. Awesome service!
