Every time I order with them they completely exceed my expectations. The flowers are always stunning and gorgeous. Flora is delightful and takes immense pride in her work and always goes above and beyond to make sure everything is perfect. Beautiful work, great communication, outstanding client service. I wish I could find a florist like her in every city I have to deal with.

I called this florist at 3 PM after a friend lost their father. I needed same day delivery, and I spoke to the owner. She assured me same day delivery was possible. When she realized she didn’t have the same flowers as what was pictured, she called back to let me know that, and discussed what color schemes and other flowers she had available to complete the arrangement. She sent me a picture of the arrangement when it was done, and the finished product was far beyond my expectation. I am very much impressed. Awesome quality arrangements, great communication, and a very dedicated florist who truly takes her craft and art very seriously. You can tell it is her passion. By the way, she is so sweet! Hello!!!! I could not wait to right a review for Ultimate Floral Designs. First ~ what a website ~ I felt like I was in the shop being helped while choosing. It’s amazing a website can do that and important during times like these. When I landed on a perfect birthday gift for someone so special it was very easy to order. I was contacted that evening and the next while Flora worked out a substitute vase for the succulents we ordered. Flora sent 2 pictures for me to choose one and ultimately the replacement was more beautiful. Flora sent me a picture of the final piece and it was gorgeous. It was hand delivered and here is what our dear friend said “What a beautiful surprise - - a perfect birthday present! Thank you, ...” She shared a photo of the succulents and she loves them! Thank you Flora!!!
