  I have been a regular customer of the repair/service garage for about 20 years--always great experiences and never a single bad one. Moreover, I've been treated just as well at a $16 Virginia inspection as when my cars have needed major repairs. One particular time a few years ago stands out: a cotter pin on one of my brakes had fallen out--on Christmas Eve afternoon. The team worked me in almost immediately and fixed it quickly.

  Marvin in the service department is amazing. He went out of his way to help me with issues, he even went to Giant to buy a battery for my remote control key access. His service goes above and beyond. Thank you Marvin. Yona

  I originally came here for a safety and emissions test when I moved back to VA, a task that is usually frustrating and boring, and had a blast! The employees are kind, knowledgeable and very helpful. I ended up bringing my car back for a range of things, from getting it ready for a cross country road trip to unlocking my honda's stereo when my dad installed the battery incorrectly :). My car is in excellent shape and I couldn't be happier w my experience at North Point Sunoco.
  
  Pros: will never recommend unnecessary work, fair prices, timely, and most of all kind, kind, kind people work here!
  
  Cons: none.

  This garage couldn’t be more accommodating or excellent at what they do. Ever looked at my car after I hadn’t been able to start it and got the answer within a couple hours of it being towed there. Marvin and Ricky are also great and answered all of my annoying questions. They also found out my car had a recall on it and explained everything. I’m not going anywhere else with my car ever again, I am so super happy with their service
