Tom and Carolina consistently seem to find fantastic speakers, and for that reason among many others, Traction REIA is reputed to be perhaps the very best in the DC area. I have only been to two meetings, but in both cases the information presented was worth far more than the drive, few hours of my time, and $20 that I spent to receive it.

Last month, for example, I was taking notes so fast that my pen ran out of ink, as Bill Noll (attorney/CPA) presented an abundance of affordable asset protection and tax minimization strategies that and his late partner Al Aiello (MS, taxation) had developed.

The previous month was even better. Al Williamson, a short term furnished rental specialist from Sacramento, explained the strategies he used to get free from his high-paying but high pressure engineering job in San Francisco. It was incredibly detailed, and incredibly inspirational… one of the best speakers I’ve ever heard, on any subject.
