Chad has been out twice in the past several months, once for my dishwasher which was not getting things clean and once for my refrigerator which was leaving little puddles on the floor. Both times he has been on time, and has been polite, friendly, and knowledgable. He's done the job right both times and always gives me useful advice on how to maintain my appliances properly. I will continue to use Master Appliance Service and I highly recommend them. FYI, they don't work on Wolf appliances (which is too bad because that's my stove).”

“Great service at the front desk. All of them. I was there for two weeks and I think all of them made me a new key bc I kept losing mine. Ima idiot. This was a former Marriott residence or one of those. Def signs of wear and tear but these new owners have a good vision to clean it up, do some renovations, and make it new again. #MINA Great location if you need a place to stay for a couple weeks with easy access to downtown. Metro is a 8 minute walk from your room.”
