“Wow. going to an Auto body shop can be very hectic and nerve racking. I went to Auto of Vienna and Donna greeted me with open arms for my vehicle. I was well informed of what they were doing and a round about of when the completion would be. I was updated on the progress of the work and got my vehicle back on the day promised. The work was clean and look just as good as if I purchased it from the dealer. The boss, Bruce spoke to me and gave me a run down on the repairs. the way they made this more personable was my deciding factor on my rating. Most places do not do well for customer service for a business that typically need customer service to get business.
