Renata has helped me so much.
When I started my health journey I did not know anything about what eating healthy looked like or what foods were good for me, she has taught me so much about what different foods can do for me.
I have always had gut problems but I didn’t know they were gut problems until I started meeting with Renata and she explained to me what food sensitivity is and helped me figure out what foods my body is sensitive to.
She explains everything so well and does such a great job teaching what she knows, she is passionate about her job. I would 100% recommend her if you are looking for a nutritionist and or are wanting to learn more about your body and what each food does for your body specifically .

Hi, my name is Nadia and I had Bariatric surgery a few months ago. I have been working with Renate concerning healthy nutrition, my healthy eating habits ,ways to maintain the weight I lost with having more knowledge about foods,how they can improve my over all health ,stamina and happiness .Renate has helped me so much by helping me understand more about a wide variety of foods and benefits to the body. She’s helped me substitute my cravings for unhealthy foods with more healthier versions but still enjoy a good treat once in a while . After seeing Renate and changing my ways,my labs are perfect,I feel stronger,have more energy,sleep better and I’m intuned with my body and mind finally. Some suggestions are mediation which has helped me calm my mind and body . I never thought it was possible to have a good nights rest, and wake up feeling super energized ! I’m so grateful to work with such an amazing nutritionist . We have more work to do but I feel I’m almost there ! I’ve gone off processed and junk foods & that is such a huge accomplishment for me because I didn’t have the tools and knowledge to do so, now I do:-) I feel a huge difference in my over all health. She is such a motivational force in my life and I highly recommend her services .

Renata has helped so much with my diet change plan. She has prescribed a wonderful plan, have motivated me, directed me, provided me information and easy and tasty recipes. I have learned a lot the functionally of each nutrient and food contents along the process.
