“What a great experience! I went here for a minor injury and chose Ivova Urgent Care because it was close to where I live. The receptionist was friendly and went above and beyond to confirm my eligibility because I am insured through the Department of Veterans Affairs. I was seen very quickly and the Medical Assistance took my vitals efficiently. I was seen by the Nurse Practitioner within a few minutes and she had such a pleasant demeanor and bedside manner. She gave me a prescription for antibiotics and was on my way. The total time was less than 30 minutes. 5 Star experience from start to finish!”

“I went in for a quick work break on my route pretty good I was greeting and helped even when I went to the restroom midmake of my sandwich he didn’t mind he waited for me to come out. My only problem is I got a drink from the fountain, lemonade, I was in a rush so I poured and left but taking a sip of my drink it tastes like its a mix with sugar and pickle juice not lemonade.”

Dr Le took me in right away and provided a thorough and detailed treatment plan. I found Dr Le is very competent and trustworthy dentist. Susie then performed a deep cleaning in the area of infection which provided an instant relief of the tenderness. She did my and my bridal party's makeup and Annabelle did some of my bridal party's hair (Kate did some of their hair too). We all looked amazing! Kate worked with me before my wedding for a bridal trial. Since my extensions didn't match my hair color, she made my hair match my extensions and we achieved a balayage look with a little bit of my natural hair color at the top.
