(December 28, 2018, 6:31 am)This place is great! We just recently discovered it because we got some coupons in the mail and I highly recommend it. You get to pick from a big selection of meat veggies and a ton of different sauces to cook with. For the medium bowl you get 2 sides and it was so filling different and good. I definitely plan on coming here again soon
(December 13, 2018, 2:39 pm)Updated since visiting more often: Service is okay but the food is freshly made and amazing! You can really make it last as leftovers by taking it home if you fill up your bowls properly. Make sure you fill it up! It's quite the fun experience to put it all together and sit back while the magic in the back happens, cooking your food with whatever you put on it.
(November 18, 2018, 4:35 pm)What a fun place! Everybody gets what they want and you can create your own recipes if you like. The staff is courteous, it always smells great in there, I highly recommended.
(October 10, 2018, 9:07 pm)We make a point to visit here every October when we go to the DC area. One of the best value to quality ratios any where. Highly recommend for all ages and group sizes! The large bowl makes for a hearty dinner and as well as the next days lunch!
(October 3, 2018, 9:03 am)Picky food eaters rejoice! (I'm not but my coworker is) Imagine being able to get exactly what you want and how much. I love the concept of the restaurant, take a metal bowl and just go bananas...Fill it as high as you can possibly go. Meats, veggies, seasonings, sauces...Just have at it. OK, for this restaurant, the place was clean, the servers were nice, and the cooks clearly know what they are doing. I highly recommend.

Love Genghis Grill! They have gluten free rice noodles that are very good and a couple of sauces that are GF. All items are labeled making it very easy to know what I can have. The staff are very cautious of allergies. They specifically ask before you build your bowl and before they cook your food if you have any. 5 stars all the way.
