“With all the CV19 pets, it was the only place in the area to get my dog neutered this month. As with all our Banfield doctors, the care was good. The was the only Banfield that has required an intake visit before treating our pet. It was inconvenient, but it was the only game in town. The drop off and pick up is a cluster that took too long. Not my favorite BF, but I appreciate that they are seeing patients in a reasonable amount of time”

“Took my Bridsmaid dress here to get altered. I procrastinated and was nervous about them being able to get it done in time. They assured me it would be done and sure enough it was! They also gave me (complementary) a mask to match my dress and one for my friend just because she was with me when I picked my dress up. They are so sweet and genuinely care about their customer. “I just had hip replacement surgery and received home physical therapy with Hassan from Americare. Top notch. He was courteous, friendly, punctual and Proffessional. His instructions were clear and concise, regarding exercises and he monitored many aspects of my recovery, which was of great assistance in my post-surgical ‘fog’. With each session, I felt that he pushed me just hard enough to make progress but never so hard as to cause me any discomfort. It was reassuring that he was following a computerized protocol, as well. When I started my outpatient physical therapy, they told me that I was ‘ahead of schedule’ in strength and flexibility and, no doubt, Hassan’s expert care contributed. Very happy.”

“Came here to look for dress shoes for my daughter's homecoming dance and received excellent help from a specific man that works here. Upon coming in the store we started looking for the shoe department. As soon as this worker saw us he asked if he could help us find anything and directed us by walking us to that department. By the way, they were out of a lot of dress shoes at that time. Only one kind left and that's the one we ended up getting because they were beautiful. The man was walking by again and asked us if we were alright and had any questions. I asked if that was all the shoes they had and he explained why it was. He was very nice and super helpful. I appreciate stores that have great customer service and I try to continue shopping at. I would recommend this Kohls, but keep an eye out for dress shoes for women not being available or having very little to choose from. This just may be how this store is.”
