If you need service on a gas fireplace this is your place. I'm currently renting a townhome and it has two gas fireplaces and before firing them up in the winter I wanted to get them inspected. Called them up and set an appointment up for a few days later. They called when they were on there way which was very nice. Layed out a big cloth to protect the floor and surrounding area. It took a little longer than they expected because I dont think they've been used or serviced since the house was built. Fixed and cleaned both units and now I'm excited for the fall and winter months. Price was very fair.

I do not typically write reviews; however, Floyd and Gas Fireplaces Plus were amazing! We had not used our fireplace in nine years and another company said we would need to replace. Floyd came out and not only got our unit up and running, but also painted and got the old remote working. The fireplace looks like new and we saved about $1200.

I received excellent and prompt service. I wasn't very knowledgeable about Gas Fireplaces and what my options were. Floyd took his time to explain and gave all the information and resources to pick the best Fireplace for my budget. Prices were very reasonable and I already set up my service maintenance call for next year.
