(November 29, 2019, 9:18 am)I love this place. If you are accustomed to shopping in the NY garment district you will probably love it. If you are accustomed to Joann's you will likely hate it. The fabric is so inexpensive the people working there aren't really expecting to help you shop. If you know fabric and are polite and undemanding you will have a pleasant experience. It's full of treasures.
(October 13, 2019, 8:33 am)A hidden gem, fun, different kind of fabric store. This small shop has everything you need for sewing, at low prices: fabric, thread, zippers, notions, used machines. Unpretentious place looks like a jumbled fabric storage area. Expert sewing machine repair. I walked in and the man immediately fixed my machine at no charge. Recommend.
